All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Customers will receive a confirmation email after placing an order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Bond 13 ships worldwide.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1–3 business days after shipment.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Bond 13 cannot guarantee replacement or refund.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Bond 13 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
